Aremas Gayrimenkul Pazarlama ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Company”), in its capacity as the data controller, will record, classify, store, update and process the personal data of the relevant persons in accordance with the Law within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), in accordance with the Law, in particular the principle of protecting the privacy of private life, and will be transferred to third parties in cases and to the extent permitted by the legislation.

The relevant persons within the scope of this Clarification Text are all real persons who communicate with Aremas through the Contact Forms on Aremas’ website www.aremas.net.

4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW
